Packaging:
Usually the device packaging is rarely noticed, but the package in which Huawei watch is delivered is quite eye-catching. It is an utterly luxurious packaging, the box is cube shaped and depending on the light, appears either black or bluish gray in color. The extraordinary box does add to the premium feel of the watch, but other than that, this beauty is not much use as it would be seen for a short period of time. But still, it’s a nice effort from Huawei because a certain class of user does focus on the packaging.
Inside the box, along with the dazzling watch, a booklet, Huawei’s proprietary charging pack, a USB, micro USB cable and a wall switch are placed.

Hardware:
This Huawei watch is available in a variety of casings and two, metal and leather straps. The metal strap gives it a more royal, premium feel.  The leather one suits a casual day or is a perfect fit, when hitting the gym. The metal bracelet model of Huawei Watch exudes quite an extravagant and flashy outlook. The bracelet’s left and right side are folded towards the mount in the middle, it is 18mm wide and very easy to take on and off. In order to release the strap, the buttons on each side of the buckle should be pressed simultaneously. The bracelet can be adjusted to the right size of the wrist by removing few links or it can be as such, depending upon your own taste.

The body of the watch is made of stainless steel (316 L) and it is water resistant, although it does not, specifically, have IP certification mentioned. The single button on the watch is at 20 o clock position, also in metal. By pushing this button, the watch can be turned om active and passive mode.
The watch is 11.3 mm in depth and on the rear side of the watch, there is a heart rate monitor and a magnetic charging connector puck. With the complete metal body and the metal strap, this smart watch is relatively heavy and even after adjustment of the strap, fit to the wrist size, the watch still sits a bit heavily on the arm. A number of appearance factors make Huawei watch quite as much resemblant with the traditional analog watches, but when it comes to the screen the game changes and it is fair to say that Huawei watch is very hard to beat right now.

Screen:
The screen of this incredible smart watch is 1.4 inches large, HD AMOLED screen. This screen has been protected with Sapphire crystals, which makes it resistant to scratches, etc. The resolution of the display is remarkable, 400x400 pixels and 286 ppi, Huawei’s smart watch’s screen is by far the clearest and brightest screen, manufactured till date. The sharpness of text delivered on the smart watch’s screen is better than all the Android Wears delivered this year. The display of the watch, spreads from one corner of the watch to another, making the appearance more enhanced, without any black line at the bottom or on the edges. If the watch is not used for a few minutes the display goes dim, still keeping the time clearly visible to the eye, this is certainly quite an amazing feature although it does costs battery life.
Internal story/Apps:
Android Wear can not be modified as such by the manufacturers, regardless which brand’s smart watch it is. Therefore, you find same system in smart watches, just certain apps, dials and the hardware of the watch varies. The Huawei smart watch has its own three smart apps: Fitness tracking, Hear rate measuring app and Daily tracking app.
With Daily tracking app the user can measure his everyday number of steps, calories burned and how long has he travelled. Steps during walk and running after differentiated by the app when measuring it. The Fitness tracker keeps track and measures the individual running routes.
The heart rate monitor also works quite efficiently as the heart rate monitor in most smart watches gives an indication of heart rate rather exact results. With Huawei smart watch’s heart rate monitor, measurement usually takes 10-15 seconds.
The interface of this smart watch is also great, the interface is fluid when used. The watch is compatible with Android and iOS powered smart phones and users can control musics, check notifications and access apps through their watch quite conveniently. The watch possesses Snapdroagon 400 Chipset and 512 MB RAM and 4 GB storage capacity, which ensures seamless performance of the watch.

Battery Talk:
According to Huawei, the smart watch’s 300 mAh power battery can keep the watch running for one and a half day and proven through tests, smart watch completes the stated time, quite efficiently with moderate use. In 45 minutes charging time with Huawei’s magnetic charging puck, the smart watch can be charged up to 80% and to 100% in 90 minutes. One thing, which should be kept in mind by Huawei for future watches, is the light sensor. With the change in light intensity, the watch’s screen does not adjust automatically and it has to be manually done. This certainly costs battery life, if dealt with in future, this would add a lot in preserving the battery life of Huawei smart watches.

Conclusion:
To conclude, it can be undoubtedly said that the smart watch manufactured by Huawei is the best Android Wear released till date. The outstanding screen quality and the exceptional hardware make Huawei utterly irresistible. So, if anyone of you is looking for his/her next smart watch then we recommend Huawei’s Android Wear because of its striking metal design, premium feel and matchless screen display.
